Actually the Chinese has no choice but to buy our Treasury bond. So I am not "free trade" is not what we want... "fair trade" is. China is ripping off America. The way I see is, China is peddling "economic cracks" with cheap / bad products into US market. The more we buy from "made in china", the more we destroy our own economy. Don't buy "made in china".

Hey Tim Ryan, its great that you are saving the profits for american tire companies, but do you realize all of our high tech jobs, especially entry level jobs for scientists, newly minted PhD's, engineers, are all being sent overseas to china and india? In 20 years, our high tech capability will be gone. GONE!!! We will be totally reliant on china.

I work in the pharmaceutical industry. We havent hired a single new PhD in chemistry in over 7 years. This is one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world, a US company. When my generation retires in 20 years, it will be all over for the US and high tech capability.

Obama claims only low tech jobs are sent overseas. This is bullshit. Look at what you are saying. We are saving the low tech jobs, like making tires, and sending the high tech jobs overseas. What is this, insanity? There are no high tecj jobs for our children, unless they want to move to china or india. Pharmaceutical, electronics-engineering, computers, and more, all these industries no longer have entry level jobs. They outsourced them all to china. So what does that mean for our future???

Whats the big deal with tires???? Our Congress people have let China screw us for years. Millions of jobs in America have been sent overseas so Wall Street could get filthy rich. America could be put back to work overnight, just end NAFTA and free trade. Thanks to NAFTA, we now have a 30 billion trade imbalance with Mexico. We only sell coal to China. Come on Mr. Ryan!!!!
