When they said Max Heart Rate, its easy to work out - 220 - (minus) your age:). This isn't really called a treadmill test, the main name of this test is VO2 Max Test (Maximal Oxygen Uptake). The mask over their mouths with the tube attached to it is oxygen going around the mouth area/surface:).
