  • First seconds... I wonder ;) hey! there is no bassist :D Great LH bass drive and feelin'

  • amazing!!!

  • Is that a Yamaha S90, Mike? Used to play one, excellent instrument.

  • @excessivesmoke Sure is mate.

  • @groovatious I'd recognize those lights anywhere. Great samples you have there.

  • Great Job Mike!!! I like very much your style =) Could you tell me which audio interface were you using to connect your MacBook to the mixer? Thanks! ;)

  • @Per1PugnoDiNote Focusrite Saffire Pro40. Cheers mate!

  • Awesome..........

  • Sweet!

    dante star

  • Sounding excellent Mike ! LH bass no less..great ! Like your keyboard sounds too....

  • @ddferris Thanks mate!

  • I'm blown away by the sound of this band. You guys are really onto something IMO. Voice is superb, keys are outstanding - and rhythm & bass are flawless - ultra tight. The whole outfit just works. Sort of hear elements of DIG, Jamiroquai but with a fresh modern jazz edge. VERY cool! I hope you're sending stuff out to labels. If not you should be!

  • @EoN604 Thanks heaps of the kind words mate. Funny you should mention DIG and Jamiroquai - they are two of my favourite bands! We are in the process of writing some originals, so as soon as they are completed/recorded, we'll definitely be sending stuff out to any interested parties. Cheers again mate!

  • @EoN604 Maybe they want to be indie? IMO indie is a better approach. But this is still an outstanding band, guys!

  • You are very great! This band sounds groooooovatiousss!

Are Wurly from NordElectro? And the rhodes in Spanish joint? is from S90?

    Thanks guys! ;)

  • @MrScarabino Thanks man. All sounds are coming from the MacBookPro running MainStage2 software. The Wurly and Rhodes are both sample sets I purchased from a fellow named Scarbee who does excellent work.

  • Smoooooooooooooth

  • niiiice

  • Very tight! Excellent playing by all and outstanding recording quality. Terrific instrument isolation to cancel out the noise from a crowded bar. Oh yeah, great Wurlie solo. ;-)

  • @Lot2learn Thanks mate! We had everything going into an Allen & Heath desk, then ran each channel from the desk to an Alesis hard disk recorder. Mixed it all together in Logic and synced it with some video than a friend of the band was kind enough to shoot. Pretty happy with the end result! :)
