Yeah this one also is very rare!!! Have seen it only once before. It has an interessting story. First, cause it's the only performence Axl did in the year 1994 (as far as I know). And second, cause it came into existence by chance. It's a spontanious jam with Bruce Springsteen. No rehearsal befor! Amazing, isn't it ?
