  • is each day -30minutes or does it vary

  • The first phase is 29 min "sculpt" (weights) and 36 min "sweat" (yoga/cardio/abs) & u alternate each day. when you feel ready you move to phase 2 (usually btwn days 30-45) and it becomes 38 min Sculpt & 42 min Sweat. P90X is a whole different story though - different workouts every day ranging from 60-90 minutes! Can't wait til I'm ready for that! :D

  • Still lookin' good! Can see the difference in your face from your week one vid til now. Good luck with the P90. I think after xmas I'll be looking into it. I just need something with a strict routin and not something I can say "oh I'll hit the gym tomorrow.. maybe". Whats better than busting your ass in your own house. Keep up the positive attitude!!

    Never heard of this P90 before so I'm gonna look it up, I'm just used to stickin to my same ol' bodybuildin routine!
