At any time the USA may decide that for political reasons they don't like someone and then refuse to sell spare parts for expensive and complex machinery. The Americans are very bad business people. I mean just look at their economy, their financial system! Why would any sane business person deal with them any more. China is a much better business partner. They don't let politics get in the way.
