I also like a gas grill better than charcoal. I have a problem with the hamburgers falling apart from the heat and falling through. Sometimes I lose 50% of the hamburger falling through the grates. I was thinking of putting a cookie sheet down and cooking hamburgers on a more solid surface.

Well EV, I have 2 say that I couldn't blame U if U didn't feel much like making another video for all us YouTubers, considering the *obsenely* negative, abusive & utterly disgraceful 'responses' Uv got from these "fucktards".

U make really good videos, they're v informative, Ur voice is great, nice accent & it's very clear. I have to further commend U on subtitling, no doubt 'catering' 4 deaf or hard of hearing people.

I much prefer charcoal myself, but otherwise I think Ur vids are fantastic.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the disagreeable individuals below. I do prefer charcoal, I find it more challenging to cook with, I find the flavour better. I have cooked whole goose, chickens, legs of lamb and steaks/chicken breasts etc without fail..... I use a Weber Kettle, I'm not advertising for them, I'm sure that cheaper grills would work just as well for a time, but I like to buy something that will last a lifetime with care..... Can I say by the way, that I love your videos...
