You should use the 3rd Floor in the StrongHold of Securty instead, Enough Spiders to keep the player fighting (yes you can be afk for 5 minutes if you got enough HP) After a while the spiders will stop attacking the player, then you will have to move to the next room. Spiders stop fighting you there? Go to the previous one. HAVE FUN!

Okay so spiders... 50 hp, so you get 200 exp per kill. However, experiments give you 400 exp. These spiders may attack you automatically, but if you find your own little niche at the experiments cave, running between 2 nearby experiments, you will get faster experience and also you will not get hit at all (maximum is a 1 - they will not hit you at all at higher def levels) - so you won't be degrading guthans at experiments. All in all I'd say experiments are better exp.

@oyasuminasaix Tbh now you can do spiders with non degrading armour, I find that the Dragon Platebody works well here, or a Bandos Chestplate with a shield or Defender, so you get decent defensive and attack bonuses

LOL ''even faster than bandits''. Well i'll give you credit cuz it was made in 2007, but even then there were alot faster xp ways. Ever heard of slave ammy (e)? or super sets? or piety? bandits are 50-60k(absolute max). There are undead monsters that can be trained for ~110k xp per hour, even posted on youtube.
