hi man, that's really cool! I like it very much. I wonder if I could put it on my chinese blog. I like you hat too, which looks even cuter than in real life. haha
The drums are played by "Phil" a drum "AI" that lives in Jamstix 2, a VST from a company called Razoon.
The software is a bit like having a dozen talented (but dumb) drummers waiting around at all times for you to tell them what to do. They require very literal instructions ("play 5 bars of trainbeat, then play 2 bars of rockabilly, then..."), but once they get it, they go to town and pound out the kind of beat you want, complete with non-fixed fills and such.
That sounds sweet. I've been using iDrum, which is like the old analog Roland drum machines, plus it jacks in to Garageband (I'm a Mac user) and can convert to midi or .aif files. Nice, but not terribly flexible. Jamstix sounds like more my ticket - great sounds too.
Love it!

Thanks :-) Certainly, post me to your Chinese blog. You should be able to use the "embed" code to the right of the video.

It's a beautiful instrument and a joy to play. You're doing great work with these.
The "orca" body shape is pretty fab as well.
