  • Feet flat just to stabilize would hit more chest but feet tucked would put you in a more powerful position . I'd say tuck the elbows more too. Between his elbows flared and wider grip that's hitting the shoulders quite a bit. That's just my opinions when I bench. To each is own though.

  • The video is good. The exercises is great and fits for me. I do know a link of a site that offers free workout plans and exercises that would help you gain lean muscles and develop a lean muscular look you ever wanted. It mains focus is to add muscles on your body strategically to improve your appearance. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can always check it on my profile.

  • Feet on the floor? Feet on the bench equals more chest

  • aussie aussie aussie oi oi oi

  • If you really want a huge chest work out look up Arnolds chestworkouts, if you want huge arms look up Ronnie coleman, oh ya ronnie to for legs, look up jay cutler for back including triceps

  • want to see it nearer

  • fake and gay

  • over the eyes is maybe a bit far but from your chest to your face is a technique used alot in powerlifting.

  • Fucking stupid

  • so one oclock after

  • bhghkulkgfhhj,khhg

  • Acually it does help alot, it helps you lift your back up which is the proper way to bench, never flat on the seat

  • @mk9ukrain i never said dont lift your back. i said dont drive with your legs.

  • @cliffjumper11 ya i realized that. im not trying to argue, but yes u dont drive with your legs, its only support

  • Never lock the elbows dude...

  • bullshit advise with this bar over the eyes crap!!!! you going to kill someone!!

  • thats when its on the rack, ur eyes shld be under bar

  • @MrD1ss not true at all. I was taught, and witnessed most benchers, to go in an arc from sternum to about over the nose/mouth area.

  • @MrD1ss Don't think so?

Coach Abel, for press and flys, over the eyes

  • going into my freshman year of high school, i was 95 lbs and could barely bench the bar 5 times. but i bought an exercise machine used it, sold it, and now i have a bench press and i started taking whey protein and i gained 10 pounds in muscle in a week just by taking that and working out more. i can now do over double what i could b4. any other tips on getting muscle fast?

  • Hate to say it but your body can only gain about 7 pounds of muscle a year no body knows why but trust me all of it wasnt muscle i know cause my friends step dad is a pro body builder

  • I was about to tell him that he couldnt gain that much in muscle in a year. these kids know nothing

  • So if you were to diet down and loose 49lbs of muscle you think it would take you 7years to put it back on?

Also based on your theory at age 20 the maximum muscle anyone can possibly have is 140lbs plus the muscle you had at birth.

  • You did not gain 10 pounds in a week stop with the intense bullshit man

  • lol 10 pounds of muscle in a week? you funny. freshman gaining 10 pounds OF MUSCLE in a month would be highly impressive

  • Milk powder is great but slow acting so i take i long before i train and before i sleep. 35g of protein in 100g milk powder with 4 raw eggs but i think boiled eggs is better,

  • raw is better because the structure of the protein molecules gets damaged by heating them up. so the % of useful protein will decrease.

  • nah

  • boiled is better... it kills the bacteria lol..

  • yes true but i was not talking about bacteria i was just looking at the protein :) ;)

  • You dont get sick?

  • i just drink milk with a scoop of weider protein and eat like 1 extra meal a day with more meat then usual

  • Because any one asked aye !

  • eat and drink lol. u need water. i think u should eat a bit b4 workout to, so u have energy. but hey wot do i know

  • should you eat or drink after a workout?

  • Of course, but make sure its food that replenishes what you "used up" while working out plus extra protein etc if you want to gain muscle.

  • cottage cheese is a great pre workout food, roughly 45- 60 minutes before you workout.

  • WRONG cottage cheese should be the last meal u eat as casein protein is slow release and u need that while u sleep

  • I never said it wasn't a good food for after a workout.....

  • yessss ;-)

you must supply your body with all the nessesary protein after the training. + simple carbs all the way .

that's the secret man, simple carbs will increase your recovery => and increase your gains

try mixing tuna + sweetcorn ,10 min after the training
