@ncg2014 I have a few short workout vids on my page if you want to check them out. They will help you get in good shape. But the best advice is run, do push ups, and do sit ups. If you are going to weight lift, be sure to do light weight-many reps. If you lift heavy with low reps, you arent working on endurance and that's what you need at basic.
@thebest1154 The hardest part is moving so fast all the time. You're constantly on the move, on your feet with very few breaks. The only day you can rest is Sunday.
