Shiney Pokemon Fags make me laugh. I my self have only ever found one shiney pokemon, a Larvitar on HeartGold and I couldn't give a shit. I have half comtemplated killing it but decided meh, I might aswell try to capture it. I did capture it after a few ultra balls. @GuitarMonster86 No, it's not. The ralts has a set programming. The stats, nature, moves, and gender are set when it is found. Basically the ralts has all the same stats, moves, generder, ivs, etc. as the ralt's wally catches in everybodies copy of ruby and sapphire. So in short, it is impossible that wally's ralts could be shiny.

@PokemonPrimes Actually, the ralts only has set stats when you battle Wally, when he encounters it for the first time in the wild it has random stats. The programmers didn't expect you to encounter a shiny so they kept the random stats, thats why when I battled him his ralts wasn't shiny anymore
