The quest points let u get into chAmpions guild where u can start the quest. And about the dragons head, try clicking on the dragon after its dead. Ifthat doesnt work, then idk

you can go to google and search something like "runescape cursors" and you can download some and set them as your default cursors.

try searching up a video on it if you need help.
