I fill my cartomizers by dripping them. I use a clear drip tip in place of the end cap (the one with the tiny hole that comes on the cartomizers.) Every dozen or so drags, I just drip in four more drops, and lay the e-cig on its side for a minute to give the juice time to soak in.

The first drag or two should be slow and cautious. I don't remove the drip tip at all, except when I change cartomizers. They stay wetter this way and last about a month!
