We have this local Japanese store called Saizen, I bought the pen brushes there. But if you're in States, you can find a very similar pens like Faber-Castel Artist Pitt Pens. They're sold separately or in four sets including the Brush pen. You can get them online too. :)

It's a feltic brush pen. Kinda like flexi-pen that behaves like a brush. :) Bought it from a Japanese store.
