u train them........and this is how they get there training.. im 15 and im a preacher i wish i started at this age...God uses people in different sizes, shapes, ages etc. they boy did a good job he is saying somthing about God and some of ur older preachers is scare to say all this........So he said it and he did a good job to me.....Im 16 now and Im still learning give him time he'll progress and becom one of the most powerful preachers!
