After the world series it seemed like everything went wrong for the Astros. Beltran, Clemens, & Pettite Left. The Astro's were still my favorite team, then they fired Phil Garner 2 years later from the World Series he led us to. We hire a new manager and he decided to throw away all our good players. Maybe we are trying to rebuild our team, I don't know but I thought I would never say this "I watch the Texas Rangers more than the Astros" Haha. My dad saw me watching the Rangers and was like wtf?

I tell you what...everyday since that last out Ive wished that the Stros would be back in the fall classic. and everyday I look at the match-ups between us and chicago that year and believe we matched up better than the outcome showed. but I also think about that white sox's team had it all that year...it was meant to be..as soon as konerko hit that grand slam in game 2, I just knew it was their year. I love my Astros until this day but the Sox had one hell of a team and a rotaion.
