What has transpired over the generations has been a "psychological trauma" to the black race due to the way they were treated. I did not mean the "social programs" stuff. I'm talking about way before they ever existed. Instead of implementing Jim Crow after reconstruction; whites should have helped the blacks of that time period into society by accepting them and taught them their ways to assimilate properly instead of ostricizing and putting them down.
