Rhydian has been announced as one of the stars in the musical adaptation of the War Of The Worlds. Rhydian will join Jason Donovan and Atomic Kitten Liz McClarnon in the show, composed and produced by Jeff Wayne. Tickets are on sale now but going fast!!

I think you maybe right Bellboys. How else would Steinman come across it. It was hardly a high proile clip on here as x factor didnt put it up for viewing. If ALW was that interested in Rhydian and I bet he is then I think ther eis a big chance that Rhyd will get Phantom. Hope so anyway.

When I first watched him on the X factor I thought he was pushy. But as the shows progressed I began to look forward to the next one. He has great talent and I hope he goes onto great things - he deserves it!

Its interesting Steinman saw the video on You tube because the week 1 track wasnt uploaded by the x factor team. He must have spotted an unofical version but they werent kept on here for long so Steinman must have been keen. I think he must have been told about the performance and went looking for it on You tube.

maizyb, EXACTLY what I was thinking! My guess? Steinman's mate Lloyd-Webber (they go back a long way!) alerted him on the second week, after POTO, and Steinman REQUESTED to see the IWDAFL vid from XFactor's producers. I think it was sent him personally, on request.

I love his giggly chatty nature in radio interviews. We never got a chance to see any of that in X factor. Did you notice his comment about Sony arranaging the x factor tour and not the x factor production team. I think he's glad about that- arent we all.

Cowell says Rhydian is a showman but in the interview Rhyd mentions Cowell wants him to have a serious image. Can you have a serious showman.
