their drummer is immense.

Have a listen to the Star Ocean 3 OST (found at galbadia hotel OST site), look for this song, some of the improvised solos in there unbelievable.

Sakuraba is more original than Uematsu, his style..and he always improvises in his pieces giving his songs an up-beat feel. He's too underrated.

Also try Star Ocean 3 for the PS2, I prefered it to all Final Fantasy. A lot of it was the music though.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot, I loved his music for the Baten Kaitos games, my favorite for those had to be "Supremem Ruler of the Nine Heavens"...

He's a great composer, and his music style is heard clearly throughout most of the games he's worked with...some songs are very similair, and some songs between Tales of Phantasia and Tales of Symphonia are re-used, it's just that the Symphonia version has been revamped...anyways, Yay for Motoi Sakuraba-dono!!!
