  • i love miss pacman we have something in common

and i hope theres ms pacman on the psp

  • LOL SEGA 32X got bashed. It had Knuckles Chaotix and like 4 other good games. Was better than the SEGA CD at least imo.

  • its actually copyrighted 1983

  • Hey, Mark, if you still have your Commodore 64 would you mind a donation of a boxed copy of that port for the show? I'll warn you you might wanna turn down the volume when playing. Can also provide an s-video cable as well for better recording.

  • @NightSprinter I don't think he reads comments.

  • 4:07 is so hot.

  • 4:06-4:41 What is that song? I wanna get it so my girlfriend and I can make love to that song. Hahaha

  • I haven't played this version of Ms. Pac Man, but I do have to say that the 7800 version is amazing, and this one looks pretty good as well. But, honestly, the 7800 version is the best port of it ever made. I don't how Atari screwed up so badly with Pac Man for the 2600 when they did such good jobs with Ms. Pac Man!

  • Ms. PacMan and PacMan are in the wrong spots in the first cut-scene, did anybody else notice that?

  • oh so thats how baby pacmans are born :D

  • The end is so fucking stupid

  • He waits for his prey....

  • I like all versions of this, and the NES version hacks. The Ipod version, though, is really hard to control. And it has a continue feature. Continue feature? Never seen that in the original arcade.

  • @lordbemylight Actually, the arcade DOES have a continue feature. You just gotta insert more coins.

  • @smbmadman1 That is only on the dumb NEWEW Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga machines. I hate that feature.... On the original machines, when you lose, you lose.

  • @flexyldy How come?

  • @smbmadman1 Because it is like cheating if you continue!

  • @flexyldy So what you're telling me is that you'd rather play games all under one go. No continues? Including games like Contra and Mario?

  • @smbmadman1 I don't even play Contra and I only play the original NES SMB1. Sometimes, it is nice to continue, but not on Pac-Man for me.

  • @lordbemylight There's one in a Putt Putt near my neigborhood

  • Try out this game: Ms Pac Man EX! Awesome pacman clone. Watch the video.

  • The sound effects in this version sound just like the ones on the NES!

  • Playstation, 30 years ago.... I cant imagine Playstation 30 years later....

  • @MrBassakos huh? playstation 30 years ago? can me has explanation?

  • @emachines007 way of speech...

  • @MrBassakos oh

  • Everyone, I have the original pac-man game at home and on the game it says: "Monsters." Please stop calling them ghosts.

  • @MrJimmyRivers

You're correct but on the Puckman Bezel machine, they use ghosts as the name of the enemies so technically everyone else is correct as well as you. :)

  • look out guys, the ghostbusters are comin through!!!!!!

  • youre a good ms. pac man player :L

  • I want you you to piss all over my body.

  • I just saw the 7800 Ms. Pac-Man and it doesn't look that much better than the 5200 version. Both are miles ahead of the 2800 version.

  • @vh9online the 2600 pacman was the best videogame ever made..next to E.T. that's true if you suffer from shaken baby syndrome, however.

  • @vh9online I think the 7800 Ms. Pac-Man is better than the 5200 Ms. Pac-Man.

  • Yeah, 2600 pacman was horrible even for it's time :)

  • What a nice touch of music @ 4:06, man! :D

  • you have a lot of killstreaks USE THE NUKE !

  • Mark should make a downloadable podcast, something to listen to on my iPod

  • I watch these reviews for comedy and real reviews, and I watch irate and AVGN just for comedy.

  • SHIT MS. PAC-MAN ISN'T ON PS3

  • My poor parents spent a SH&* load of money on the 5200 for me... It's hard to believe, but at the time just being able to "pause" the game was an amazing thing... It was those *damned* controllers... Atari hosed us, but good. Still, it was a lot of fun...

  • I have several joystick converters that allow you to use a digital joystick on the 5200 (plus a couple of 5200 compatible digital sticks like the competition pro) and when used with those, this is the best. I like 7800 ms pac man but it is way too fast.

  • dude i remember this back in 1984

  • Just thinking about it, a movie theater that was.... SEMI-close to me had a Ms. Pac-Man stand up machine. :D

  • 4:41 "Ah s**t! Completely kills the f**king mood!" LOL

  • @1989gamemaster the BEST MOMENT OF THIS GAME REVIEW!!!!

  • I own both Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man arcade uprights, I will probably never sell them.

  • @ArcadeGames i know i wouldnt...

  • 2:42

    Burn

    5 stars

  • Get Ms. Pac-Man out of that wheelchair so she can catch those ghosts. God I played a ton of this on my 5200 but she moved so slow! You just didn't stand much of a chance with those 5200 sticks. I have a Wico joystick which makes it a ton easier to play but man I paid a fortune for it and the keypad that goes with it.

  • 4:44 LOL

  • is it just me, or does she look a bit slutty on the cartridge?

    nice review, as always, though

  • @dannyboat

Post a video response of you getting a higher score.

  • @Rachman1337 lol owned

  • The Atari 400/800 computer release probably would have been the best home version in 1982 then. ;) Same game but with a digital joystick. ;)

  • I remember playing this at a game store in a mall when it first came out, and thinking, "It can never get any better than this."

  • @redheadedgolem and were you ever wrong! lol Jk, ms pacman is always mah fave

  • @redheadedgolem haha, good old times xD

  • And a running stream of water (that almost made me pee my pants!)

  • the old game

  • You should review Yummy Dots for PC. It's a remake of Pacman with chiptune versions of music contemporay to the 80's. One level had chiptune Cars music another level had (I think) Cindy Lauper. Also, there's a mode in the game where (if my memory serves me) demons or something replace the ghosts.

  • highly recommended

  • Pacman Jnr is The bet Version of Pacman if you ask me. It's Colourful, the Sounds are improved & the mazes are a nice design, not to mention the fact that the Screen Scrolls! I played it yesterday on a Wii Emulator & it's Magical!

Why does everyone still think it's funny to 'Bleep' Swear words still? Still? It's Just annoying. "Shit. It Spoiled the Fucking Mood." See? Not hard isit!

  • Swearing isn't funny anymore either.

  • brad you had a typo, it 5200 + 2600 = 7800 :-)

  • if you notice 2600+2600=5200+2600=7200

  • The same like cartridge version for XL/XE :)

  • LOL @ "ah ****! Bliny kills the ***in' mood!"

  • Inky is the blue one.

    Blinky is red. :O

  • He says completely kills the F***in" mood

  • man good game

  • wha...

  • Yeah it does lol

  • i played the original pac-man about a week ago (yes it was on a arcade machine)

  • lol,, one of the funniest rievues!!!!!! i have seen

  • Oh shit that totally kills the mood! Roflmfao

  • lmao pac man fever!

  • For some reason, the music actually works with this game XD

  • Wow 4:06 to 4:42 was so funny i couldnt stop laughing

  • Why Wud U Buy Ms Pac Man Instead Of Pacman Exactly The Same!!!!!

  • The ghosts are different in difficulty, and fruit moves around the board unlike those in the original "Pac-Man."

Lolz, but I do get your joke though. Although it's called "Ms. Pac-Man," it's still the same sort of gameplay as the original 1st in the series.

  • Only MS.Pacman offers different mazes, color arrangements and it isn't as difficult, meaning you longer durations of play.

  • @TheRgreenM no it isnt, pac man only has one maze, ms pac man has many of them

  • HAHAHA WHEN HE DIED!!!

  • Hey why was my comment rated low?! When he died in the game was really funny!!!

  • I like pacman

  • and a running stream of water. ahaha

  • This is a great conversion, but not quite as good as the Commodore 64 one.

  • FINALLY ! After 3 years ! I found an Atari 5200 Emulator that is easy to set up !! YAAAAY ! If you haven't found it yet. It's called Kat5200 Google it ! You can get the bios files on bit torrent. & the roms as well.. if your lucky ;)

  • Thoses reviews are SO COOL xD

  • I like your reviews, they are very informative, but could you please talk more? Your reviews are very long and drawn out. They are still good though.

  • He does that so you can focus on the actual gameplay, soundeffects, graphics etc for a while. I thing the reviews are perfect as they are.

  • Man...in the 1st board, the ghosts put several juke moves on ya. Luckily, you caught back up with them prior to time elapse. :)

  • COOL

  • your good

  • man when i first got my N64 i was too young to notise but it must have been epic with the graphics

  • The N64? Oh yeah, it had the best graphics of its generation.

  • yeah i still remember playin Donkey Kong and Mario 64 back then

  • Yeah even though I was only in 3rd-4th grade I remember it being a big deal about the 3D graphics. Then I saw the Mario 64 commercial and started begging my parents for one.

  • @JBHutto its a shame irobot never caught on in 83...full 3d filled polygons before mario got there years later

  • did u eat a chicken at 5:02??

  • I remember this....still hypnotic to this day.

  • awesome vid

  • lmao music starts playing 4:07 get you groove on

  • You need to find a emulator of it and play it yourself be warned you need two players, one more thing you move a dot around and that is all.

  • GHOST HAVE FEELINGS TOO >:C

  • Lol! I never herd you get that mad befor. =)

  • You should review Ms. Pac Man Maze madness, I always thought that was fun

  • Wow, best looking 5200 screen cap so far. You are a wizard.

    Also, 4:41 is brilliant.

  • the most annoying sounds in a review ever!

  • Classic Game Room

  • Have u got the Magnavox Oddysey 1???

  • Oddysey 1 would be next to impossible to do reviews of.

  • that's just the Magnavox, the first video game console ever.

  • i love ur reviews

  • where are the psp reveiws ?

  • Why cares about PSP?

  • ??anyone who is interested in gamming softwares???

  • The PSP is fun for a while, but it's no gaming rig/console

  • Lol "rig" man your so cool

  • So these things i am playing on mine what are they??

  • dunno what the things you are playing on are...

  • Some of the 1st home consoles ever made... Atari 2600,5200, 7800, XE game system (all Atari).... by then Nes, Snes and sega megadrive (genesis) were out if im not misstaken

  • Can you understand this sentence: So these things i am playing on mine what are they?

A Danish guy replied on a comment i had with it.

Yeah, the Atari series are good.

  • lol, wow, makes no sense to me.

  • he doesn't do any mobile games review

  • yes he does he does ds and gba

  • He started doing Iphone reviews recently.

  • i thought game room had a psp hand-held games are hard to choose i own god of war , final fantasy , socom , work time fun , untold legends , patapon but what else is on psp worth buying?

  • Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops/ GTA liberty city stories/ GTA Vice city stories/ Persute force/ and Silent Hill Origens

  • ''Ahh shit completly kills the fucking mood''XD

  • YOU DARE MOCK THE GLORY OF THE SEGA 32X! And you claim fealty to Kings and Queens of Sega and the Kingdoms of Atari... Oh how the just corrupt and self ruin.

  • This looks like a really good port of Ms. Pac Man. I am going to get my Pac Man and Ms. Pac Man fix on my PS2.

  • Has anybody seen the new countertop pacman/galaga home arcade machine's? I was so amped to get one until I found out that they actually cost about 500$ more than the damn full size original. Online they cost about 2000$!!!!!!!!!!! What the hell!!! Tell me why I can get a full size 2 player arcade machine with over 50 classic games on it at costco for a little over 1000$ and this dinky little thing has only 2 games and costs twice as much. I know its a classic but come on!

  • Are you talking about the cocktail machines. I'd rather have a cabinet version of an arcade game.

  • That's his style...

  • Comment removed

  • You dare defy the awesomeness of Mark?

    YOU MUST DIE!!!

  • LoL at 4:40. Yeah I'll actually fight someone if they don't think Mark is awesome ;)

  • We shall start a superheroe organization dedicated to the preservation of Mark's awesomeness. It shall be called...

    .. *drum roll*

    dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnn....

    "The League of Extraordinary GentleMarks!"

    High ho silver, awayyyyy.....!

  • haha nice a movie reference and the Lone Ranger. Classy! I'll join the organization.

  • FREAK !

  • the 5200 version is almost identical to the 7800 version it seems, only diferences I seen were that the fruit was more detailed in the 7800 version and the sound effects seem a little more accurate.

  • if her name is Ms.PAC MAN

that means one of two things

shes related to PAC MAN's dad in some way or else they were once married so being the first case what does that say about MS.PAC MAN?

  • Or she's a self actualized woman.

  • My alltime favorite!!!

  • What a romance. The enduring

love that Mr. Pacman has for

    Ms. Pacman.

  • those ghosts never stood a chance, timeless classic game right here

  • your a beast at pac-man

  • You can also get arcade perfect ports with Namco Museum on PS1 and PSP. But the PSP version is kinda hard to play with the controls

  • I bet she shits logs

  • Hah too right

  • damn you´re a really good in this! NICE!

btw..thanks for your reviews. you are great :-)

  • ahahahahahahaha that was funny the love music then aw s***

  • I gotta get me some Ms. Pac Man ass....LMFAO!!!

  • wow...u play good.

  • A Sh**!

  • I have the Sega Genesis version

  • lol "A S***!"

    "Completly kills the f****** mood"

got a bit of miss pack man fever mark?

  • 0:21 Love that intro music!

  • I loved Mark's little swearing fit there lol Reminded me of him playing Alien in The Real Game Room episode from 2000. "Is that a power pellet? F*BLEEP*!!!!!!

  • When will we see more wind squid?

  • I always loved this version of Ms. Pac above all others. Notice compared to the 7800 version the 5200 version seems very similar, and is a very nice game to show the power the 5200 had.

  • 4:44 i laughed my ass off lol shit!

  • If it wasn't for the size of the 5200, and them being cheap-asses by using VERY cheap parts for the controllers (like small rubber boots for centering of the joystick instead of springs) and some other technical flaws, the Atari 5200 would be a very great console! But, Atari once again messed up, which is very sad.

  • You could always try and find a (an?) XEGS and a copy of Ms. Pac-Man for that (basically the same as the 5200 version, but you can use a Genesis controller).

  • wow... a legendary game,,,

  • thats a pretty good port

  • Good thing you censored those curse words. :)

  • Thumbs Up if you love video games of all genres and systems

  • Fucking jesus vinegar of the "First" people ;-)

Good review, Mark I spent countless hours on this wonderful game.
