@killerjuggernaut336 Its kind of a by-law in the drumming world. Tenor music is generally extremely challenging, tenors are heavy as bawls, and tenors require very good chops. <--- all of those things rookies wouldn't have or would complain about. So normally tenors are held for veterans. But if you got the chops to do it, you got a good shot. There's still hierarchy to get past though. Learn to love the hierarchy

dude its a shame. Scotland High School Band has shrunken down to size from what it used to be. I competed with them my freshman and sophomore years and then they dropped from 4a to 2a. great band, just a shame in the number drop.
