None of the tv belts use real diamonds or rubies Except for maybe Flair's ORIGINAL NWA/WCW Big gold. That belt was also SOLID Silver with 22kt Gold plating.

Modern belts like the ones made by WWE's J-Mar and others are ZINC METAL that is Acid Etched for designs. Then Plated 24kt gold. The stones used on most modern belts are Austrian Crystals like Swarvoski.

Dave Millican uses stones that are more Gem like though.

Bcoz the plates are already very thick, there isn't an Ultra Deluxe size of this spinner belt. There is however a Deluxe size spinner with the same plate thickness. Only diff being it uses a genuine leather strap. The real belt on tv however has thicker plates than the replicas. Its pretty clear in some shots on RAW. Also, there is no floral design on the part u mentioned on the real belt. That part is just not as reflective on the real belt as it is real gold. No floral design there.
