This is Usagi's most lovable feature being able to connect with anyone with her air-headed personality and affectious smile. As we saw in the two episodes with Rei, Usagi can melt even the coldest heart with all the joy she brings. This is going to be key later in the series, the Sailor Senshi are at their best when Usagi doesn't worry about the whole Moon Kingdom thing. She's a free spirit who should just focus on her life because it makes a lot of people happy.

Queen Beryl seems nicer than in the anime. In the anime she was always disapointed with the gernerals. In here she says nicer things to them and almost coaxes them to do what she wants. But in the anime, she just demands it and scolds them.
