  • Good, I like that you share this video, I wish success always Vitamin D deficiency Symptoms

  • Nice Video That You Share , So Very Nice Thanks You Vitamin D deficiency Symptoms

  • I Really Like The Video From Your Vitamin D deficiency Symptoms

  • Your Video Is Very Useful Sharing Vitamin D deficiency Symptoms

  • I take 6000 IU a day and I feel great!!!! I haven't had a cold or flu since I've started. PEOPLE PEOPLE... taking up to 10,000 IU of Vitamin a day is completely and totally safe.

  • so all this time we been fine with h our D intake, now we need more.....hmm...wonder why

  • The body uses vitamin “d” to destroy viruses. The flu is predominant in the winter because blood levels of vitamin d plummet due to no UVB light. Most symptoms can be eliminated within a couple of hours or less. The cofactors magnesium, boron, and zinc are also very important and can be obtained from leafy greens, nuts, and seeds. Taking a lot of vitamin d with low levels of magnesium can cause a headache. For detailed information, watch Dr. Holick on youtube

  • Way too low!! Kids need at least 2,000iu and that's D3 not D2!!

  • Wow low numbers. I take 10,000 IU a day especially during the winter!

  • This so called report was more like a supplement commercial, and a poor one at that.

    1. 400 Units is a very low value. No mention of skin colour, dark skinned people make 3-6 times less vitamin D for a given sun exposure.

    2. Kids can make over 5000 IU easy with 20 minutes in the sun, the overdose warning is unwarranted.

    3. Sun exposure is superior to food or supplements. The body has a great regulation mechanism so we can't overdose. Get some sun!

  • Hello!!!! Anybody heard of sunlight?

  • @JackBresler Cancer

  • @JackBresler So many people work inside and can't get outside daily, especially in the winter when you drive to work and drive home when it's dark both times. Also, you obviously don't know that different parts of the world have different amount of sunlight.

  • @JackBresler /watch?v=zpqag9YvvXw&feature=share Sunlight ? Watch the following video. They are even taking that away from us.

  • 400iu are recommended for kids under 12, 12 and up should be taking 1500iu to 2500iu of vitamin D 3. Eat right, sleep right, and exercise, that's all there is to it, when you hit 65 and living the life, thank me.

  • Obama before he became President. That's why he knows so much on health care!

  • 400UI is still a very conservative minimum. I also find it funny they didn't even mention the most efficient source available that just happens to be free. SUNSHINE

  • more than 400 units is needed but at least the info on a whole is beneficial!

  • MUSSLES in bones?...naturally injected(milk)?...who's calling the keTTle...fortified like booze and cherries/sherry whines...GET REAL!

  • I don't know about kids, but for me, a 25-yr-old female... I just found out I have a D-Deficiency and my doctor recommended 1,000 units a day of a D3 supplement.

  • They never said the SYMPTOMS

I'm just none of us have ricketts

  • 400 is not enough for kids... once they reach 100 pounds...800 units a day minimum. My 3 kids never missed a day out of school (from sickness) and the youngest is in the 11th grade. Vitamin D3 is awesome!

  • Can vitamin D cause hairloss?

  • @jeffm5402 yes, pubic hair loss

  • i love julie! shes so precious!

  • she's hot
