@killerhurtzzzz LOL, thanks for watching, those are natural harmonics, with your fretting hand grab your middle finger and place it over the string just barely touching them (do not fret them) and run it up the neck while quickly alternate picking that string. In this case it was the 6th string. To learn more about natural harmonics (and artificial harmonics - a la Zakk Wylde for example) do a youtube search,. there are tones of videos about them, good luck

just one question though, what pick-ups and amp are you using? ive been trying to get a more thrash metal/close to screamo sort of tone/distortion going on my guitar and amp and so forth, but it doesnt seem to go as "fuzzy" i guess you could say, as i would like.
