Dont you think those animals would be much better off in the wild? Where they could walk and run for miles and miles without ever hitting the side of a tank....just my opinion

@tazio998 They were probably better off, but now they've probably grown so used to captivity that they don't know how to get their own food. Good opinion.

Petsmart reptiles are nasty they dont clean the cages like they should and also one i went to there was a dead bearded dragon still in the cage! Petco Has better reptiles

@gibsonfenderman You can't say that for every store in the country. Seriously. At least PetSmart dosen't sell live feeders, period. PetCo does, and usually have males and females in the same cage, killing eachother. My PetCo had roaches living in the guinea pig's cage. It definitely depends on the store.

My random opinion..Those who say "OMG that is so cool..I WANT ONE!" Should not own what they want on the basis that OMG that is so cool! doe snot actually care for the animal they think is cool. When it comes down to vet care, cage maintainance, cleaning, feeding, enrichment, interaction and handling... ect ect ect...they're suddenly not so cool.

@1verstreate1 Not true. When I first was looking at rats as pets, I thought they were very cool, and $500 in vet bills later, I think they're still awesomely cool pets.
