  • Good job!

  • Hi, was Louis related to Gothard Heinrici who was a General in German Whermacht WW2. Thanks.

  • wow thats awesome, so his father was louis heinrici of zwickau in saxony? love to hear the full history from you or if you have any photos etc be a honor to read and see them

  • cool, which heinrici was your grandfather?

  • where did u find it? excellent man!:)

  • no.... it wont run off the heat of the sun, the exhaust pipe is to release excess heat not to heat up the engine...

  • Dude may have four of them in Italy for all we know these are not brute force req' motors. It is a German design precision existed back then too! it just took longer. LOL! Heinrici was the inventor and maker 1 person, helpers and a shop.

  • How small is this engine? Was it meant to do any work?

The French made beautiful engines. This is another treasure. Glad you have it. Would enjoy seeing more of it. Thanks.

  • um, its about 3 foot high, these engines ran small things like dentist drills, small water pumps, sewing machines, anything small etc, This type of engine is made in germany by the company Heinrici

  • Thanks Mattys. That's really a beauty. Electricity and cheaper IC engines put these guys out of the running too soon.

I have a Crocker and Wheeler bipolar, original, dates I think to about 1888.

    Want to see it sometime?

  • would love to see it
