@jaaneshk Undertaker uses a heavily modified gogoplata (heavily modified as in, well, fake). I would suppose he does this because 1) his legs are freakin' huge and 2) you need to be on your back (and pinned) to start a gogo, otherwise you wouldn't have the necessary leverage to pull it off. I was surprised when he started using it really is more of a guard/defensive position move. And Undertaker is not usually in a defensive ground position a lot.

The Hells Gate is actually a submission from Brazilian jiu jitsu called the "gogoplata" you can look it up through that but be careful with it cause it can be really dangerous :)
