  • @krissea313 Douche, tastes are relative you can't fault someone for them, just like a sense of art or beauty it is relative to the person/ persons.   • Excellent video. So easy to follow and do. I live in Germany where it costs $4 to buy a small box of imported generic mac n cheese. I decided I would try this recipe, and so glad I did. The cheese sauce was pretty good, but to make it taste even close to kraft, I had to add quite a bit of salt. I also did not have cayenne powder, so I added half of a fresh red pepper I had to make salsa, and let it simmer until just before adding the cheese. We Just finished eating, and am I stuffed!

  • I LOVE this video. I haven't actually made the sauce yet but he has the best voice ever. If he's not a teacher, he should be. He would be easy to listen to and follow.

  • using this recipe, when i melted the butter, i sauted onions, broccoli, garlic, and yellow bell peppers, and made a cheesy sandwich out of part of the recipe and a soup with the leftover of it by adding some chicken broth to it. and since i needed mine to be thicker than what he needed, i added about a tablespoon of cornstarch to one of the cups of milk. delish!!

  • @SourCum Most likely because of the milk. And most yellow cheese sauces you have in stores most likely have artificial coloring.

  • It looks rather pale for a cheddar sauce... maybe it's just the camera. But looks aside, the resulting cheese sauce is awesome. No room in my house for any of that powdered cheese crap! :D
