walter- here in israel the last annual report of gov' surplus from taxation was 2 billion NIS (israeli currency)- the same game is beeing played here....so frustrating
The first cut is up on the CAFR1 front page and a view pass can be gotten for $3 that gets you a pass link that can be shared with your contacts and friends for them to watch also. The final cut will be about 15 minutes longer and that will go out on DVD. And as they say: "As soon is gets done it will be done."
@patsylowe Patsy: Your statement is incorrect. Not "take" from the pension funds but use the same proven structure of the pension fund model to fund government operations.
Taxation is just a revenue source.. Pensions generate a revenue source used for a specific purpose. When a TRF fund is set up it is set up "just like" a pension fund but with the specific purpose of generating the revenue to meet government operation needs whereby "all" taxation can then be eliminated.. Get it?
Walter can you please explain how TRF funds would be funded? I am assuming the money will come from the surpluses within the pension funds. Can you please confirm if this is the case thank you.
Pension funds were funded half by the employee and half by the taxpayer. 1.5% of the employee's salary from each. (3%)
TRFs may get a 8% to 12% each year. After audit and surpluses aplied from all arenas in that local venue the balance from the start may be 40% to 55% there for what is needed.
With the contributions as noted in 3 to 5 years the return objective allows taxation to be phased out incrementally (starting with axing property tax completely)
The problem, discussed by Plato in 'The Republic', is the prostitution of democracy is politicians figure out that they can 'buy' votes by giving the populace a piece of the pie. The amount of time it would take to get TRF up and running is too long and the average voter is not willing to wait. Therefor it is doubtful that a candidate espousing such a thing would ever win. A place to start would be eliminating property tax in a small county by TRF funding.
A TRF is no different then a government pension fund but with a different purpose; "Elimination of ALL taxation".
State retirement funds took about the same time to set up as a TRF and are generating billions of dollars each year. In fact they generate about equal to 60% of all taxes collected.
TRF's will grow and reach the point to eliminate taxation very quickly after local venue audit; statistical review; and then implementation.. The clock is ticking, time to get it done!
Good work Walter. Your a brave man. I respect your hard work and sacrifice to get the word out. The sheeple need to wake up from their dream world and take back their government and money.
That governments should own the means of production has been tried before and it doe not work. When government is a majority stockholder in any company it can dictate policy. It can decide which stocks rise and which fall. It can direct capital investment in markets by manipulation. The whole point of taxes was that the people had a check on government growth. Force governments to divest. Make all taxes voluntary and specific.
It appears the sound bite condition has taken its toll. Yes, and to late they have done it where complete control is in place today.
The whole issue here is they have done it already. Corrective action is dearly needed to revert the wealth back to the direct benefit of the people. Government "collectively" owns it all by investment already, they just forgot to tell you and about 99.9% of the rest of the population DUE TO THE MONEY AND CONTROL INVOLVED...
well done! I would only warn that US Corp was quit claimed in 1944 in the Bretton Woods agreement by the IMF and has no relation to our republic. The US Treasury secretary is the Governor of the IMF and is listed as a foreigner in the United States of America. look it up!
The evil part may be true in some respects but they have become what they are due to easy money available to them as they cut behind closed doors deals worth millions if not billions of dollars.
One common denominator is the fact that 70+ are now attorneys walking with the cash today and locking in through dotting the "i's" and crossing the "T's" the productivity value of the next seven generations..

A TRF in a venue with good sponsorship would take about four months to design, have it voted upon and then another two months to implement.
I do realize that people have that "give it to me today" mentality but anything of value took time to create.
I note that the first and every other TRF thereafter will target property tax for elimination as the first clean sweep.
The first in motion is game time, thousands of other venues will follow by example.
