you have to pronunce and @ least 5 xs and then it will say great you finally named your dog and so you or your dog dont forget your name lets write a note so thats how it works and i got my game 2day

Well, you have to say it in the same tone. Do it as much as you can, because if you say it differently each time, it affects the dog's learning. Weird, I know. :]
