  • Are geese allowed in cities? That would be the first thing to ask-we live in an agricultural zoned area, so that's not a problem. I'm afraid geese are very loud-it's part of their charm, but in a city, maybe not...also, they are VERY social-they need need need attention. DO not ever have them unless you can have 2 or you can be with them A LOT. Dogs can be a problem. They can pick ferociously-just warning you about the down side-if you can get them as babies, you will have their devotion forever

  • Geese make wonderful pets! I've had pet geese for over 30 years. They are much smarter and more entertaining than ducks...

    agreed! they're awesome pets :D and not half as viscious as they look or people think them to be with all the bone-snapping and crushing... the pain the pain, no they're great :P
