why u do so little damage w/ heaven punisher??

It's a light based weapon wich relies on mag MIND and char MST, the more of those the more damage you will do (even with 0 mst and 0 mind on mag you will still do damage).

Enemies have ELT resistance, the more they have the lower the damage, dark gunners will receive alot of damage while using the weapon to kill a dark bringer will produce a very low damage.

He does a decent damage by my standarts.

if your A bluefull, kill the rare hildiebear in ultimate, i suggest you get god luck before doing this.
