First,i t wasnt "distrubing the police", it was disturbing the PEACE and assaulting a police officer.

She was never going to get 15 years anyway, that was the maximum sentence for assaulting a police officer, the media kept repeating that over and over to make it appear as if this woman was being persecuted. She was never going to get more than a few months.

The fact that she had a clean record doesnt mean much, even the worse criminals have clean records at some point.

I dont see what you are complaining about, she got 4 days in jail, one year probation, then her record wiped clean.
