  • BULLSHIT. It's not free for 30 days but it absolutely should be. Took me 6 days just to figure out how to get it to work correctly.

  • I can't believe, its so economical to use voip fones. I have recently

taken this service from vontrump.com. Its cool.

  • can this app work for non us resident. can it work in Ireland and in Africa. Is the new version better on 3G

  • @TargetRender Line2 supports multi-tasking so you can run it in the background and it will automatically open when a call comes in. Uses very little battery life, especially compared to apps like Skype.

  • @nikecortez - no charges to either party for US/Canada calls. International calls start at $.02/min.

  • Can you delete it after one month and just keep getting kt? So you dont have to pay money?

  • will this charge the person calling me or the person i call

  • Okay, so when a call comes in and the Line2 app isn't open, it will automatically be forwarded to your regular cell number as the guy stated in the video. But can you simply open the app WHILE the call is coming through and have pick it up on Line2, or no? Seems like a great app, but you'd have to keep the app constantly open in order to use it, and I wonder how much battery consumption that app uses. I'll have to give this a try.

  • @TargetRender This video is for version 2.4. The current version 3.01 supports multi-tasking so you can run it in the background. If someone calls Line2 automatically opens - you can choose to answer, ignore, send to voicemail, or forward. 30 day free trial - try it out ;)

  • Do you get to type in a phone number? And will this work with the new iPod touch 4th generation?

  • Yep

  • @kbawesome101 You can get a new # or port an existing number. And yes it turns an iPod Touch into a phone.

  • txt messaging to my Line2 what is the eta...

  • This would be awesome for small businesses. However, I can't see this ever working for Verizon/Android phones. I've never not had a reception and I am in buildings in Manhattan all the time. If iPhone users are willing to pay $15/month for something they shouldn't need to begin with, god bless ya. Should be a free app too, charging $1 makes zero sense.

  • @nickrock2323 I agree if thery're going to charge a plan for it then make it free

  • @nickrock2323 well u do get a free call numbeer
