even my $150 editing program doesn't save automatically! gahh, i hate editing programs. i have never met one that doesnt have some sort of unfixable issue
Only about the crashing. I've never had any other problems with the thing. I reboot my computer and the thing's usually kind enough to save the last things I did for me, though.
I like windows movie amker on vista its easy to use to put a bunch of clips together add credits music effects transitions cut parts out of clips but the XP version didnt work well
I like windows movie maker on vista XP didnt do well but XPs sound recorder is better than vista not to mention XP has microsoft sam vista has microsoft anna she's stupid
I tried to make plenty of films on movie maker and it wouldn't crash, it would just do nothing, none of the buttons on it would work,( close, minimise etc.) and I kept having to use task manager to close it as it was just giving me a pain in the head.
I used Cam Studio for the footage of the program, Bitmap Paint to make the little popups, FreeFire screensaver for the burning effect, and Windows Movie Maker itself for the compilation. Thanks for the compliment!
lol...yeah i hateeee Windows Movie Maker!!! GRR! it always crashes...but i figured a way to make it not crash...i save my stuff constantly (while i'm making the video)...and then usually if it crashes...i exit out and then when i go back in it usually saves it automatically.
I'm so grateful it saves like that! For me, whenever the screen freezes or goes white, I just minimize the program and do something else. Usually after five or six minutes it reloads OK.
That so funny!!! I've never had that many problems with it, but then again, it just erased one of my vids i was almost finished with, so maybe there's more to come. Love it.
ROFL!!!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA, Thats how it feels sometimes doesnt it? WMM works smoothly for my Gilmoregirls vids but Daseys not so much.I think it thinks its incest.I must convert it.lol ^^ GOOD job- make another one of these it soothes my acheing WMM part of the brain.lol
