  • well....you know what. i trained on chest about 6 months ago

    but,i till now i don;t see much different on my chest.

    i don't know either i did wrong techniques, routine or maybe my genetics.....

    any advices???

  • @agg7212 I would have a spotter so you can do some pyramid sets increasing wts decreasing reps then decrease wts & go to failure see if that helps

  • From what I understand, that's an awesome lift for a girl. I'm a 14 year old guy I bench 245 as my max and do 135 23 times without stopping and full lock-outs. If anyone could give me some pointers I'll appreciate it I weigh 185.

  • VERY NICE!!! You rarely see women pressing 135lbs. My old workout partner Karen...was able to do 8 reps with 145lbs. Keep up the good work!!! :-)
