The court system is built for the rich to get richer and the poor to get poorer.

These greedy judges and lawyers are stealing from citizens everyday. Starting with

1. Municipal courts for traffic police give tickets every day the biggest scam in the world.

2. Debt collectors who file frivolous paper work to obtain an unjust enrichment.

3. Judges who hand out cruel and unusual punishment for petty crimes. Violation of 8th Amenndment

yes... when are the hearings going to be held in NYC... the Grievance Committee and fee Dispute Arbitration Program need to be looked at in depth by an independant investigatory body, and i pray that these hearings are the beginning of this process...

Tembeckjian's wife is the head of legal reporting at the Daily News so its understandable that she would hide her husbands undoing, but what is WNYC's excuse?

Ms. Esposito's comments reveal a unconscionable act by a cowardly attorney and an immoral cover-up by the "grievance" committee(s), purportedly extant to help citizens against such abuses.

Terrorism can be inflicted by one citizen against another and can be 'state-sponsored' if the state cannot protect her citizens. There is no moral difference between that and state-sponsored terrorism from outside the national borders.

I applaud Ms. Esposito's courage and her tenacity. Bravo!
