  • I wonder if anyone seeing this video now know about the police breaking up the camp recently.

  • Albany cops are the shit

  • Force eviction is the answer.

  • tell that to oakland lol

  • Finally... honorable and ethical Officers of the Law... not badged thugs of the politicians. Kudos gentlemen... you are a true beacon and credit to your profession.

    Thank you.

    Matthew L. Begley

  • The Dumb Society.

    coming November 2012.

  • these ""occupiers"" will be pacified by some smooth talking, B.S. slinging politician , they qwill be lied to and they will fall for it yet one more time

  • and what other laws are they disregarding today, ? ? should I call and see ?? if the laws are made and the police pick and choose which to enforce then thats not freedom, these people suck, they decide there will be no drinking, why not ,??they are no better than what they are protesting against, throw them out

  • yep. Our cops up here in albany are being very cool with us. Thanks albany pd !

  • Yes! This is what NEEDS to be done. Keep police on our side

  • These hippies sleep on dog terd sidewaks.

  • that's a 1st sign right there!!

  • hopefully the 1st of many HERE WE GO!

  • A government department thinking for itself and not blindly taking orders. Now that's news.

  • Wow I am shocked, good cops do exists, I thought they went extinct.

  • The 1st Amendment never sleeps....

Free speech and peaceful assembly has no curfew....

  • Albany Politics: career politicians. N.Y. State Gov't. most corrupt in nation. Part-time legislators who have highest pay in nation. In New Hampshire, one of the largest state legislatures, they get a $100 stipend a year. Go Figure!

We need term limits bad in New York, and consolidation of villages, towns, cities, and county functions, like police and fire departments, et cetera- already.

  • Thank you to these "peace" officers for using common sense and balls to support "we the people" and NOT support the select few privileged, incompetent fools in charge.

  • Thank their rational thinking.

  • What are all the treasonous cops going to do when they realize they have been used as pawns to beat down their fellow Americans and will soon be in the same beat down by foreign troops when martial law is declared? The elite have deceived them as well.

  • Proud-to-live-in-Albany....and-to-be-occupying....but-my-prayers-to-those-in-Oakland

  • Hopefully the trend will spread. We must not allow the Onepercent to enslave us. We simply must not give up until things change.

  • City curfews are designed to keep us save and avoid danger, not support your totalitarian views

  • definitely makes up for the bullshit in oakland

  • yeah i mean either police follow orders or the law...

  • All this was, was good use of logistics. They had enough sense to know that making all those arrests would have caused more of a problem than it solved. A.P.D. & N.Y. State Troopers Didn't want to fill all those holding cells, vehicles, & tie up the magistrate court for two months. Don't mistake this for OWS sympathy.

  • its a good sing. maybe it will become a trend

  • When do we get to arrest the bankers and their crony capitalist puppets?

  • @senses2000 - Yes, objectives! Let's keep sight of some objectives. (although I was thinking more like tar and feathering!)

  • @pjamesbda the key lies in common law its dominant in the usa & its on your side. thats how the english were beaten centuaries ago!!!! learn it!!!! it trumps statute!!!! under common law a people have more power than the president!!!!

  • @pauloscum - Yes. Have heard this argument. Saw a video of a guy stand down a judge for asking him for I.D. and, well that would be the exception. Law is for those who keep it...and as invasive as it has become, that is nearly an impossibility today. Which explains why we have the highest internment rate in the world.

But being right, doesn't make much difference when their shooting you with rubber bullets and pounding on your head with steel batons, illegally, does it?

  • @pjamesbda um it depends how u impower urself... have u ever seen how a freemason handles a court? see if u put leverage on them they start to panic & although the councils love thier bribes certain legal phrazes WILL make them shit thier pants... its a very special code with severe implications.

  • @pauloscum - I like the idea of what you are saying. I don't know the handshakes though. Do you? What I know about the kind of power we are up against is, it stands insurmountable to a point, and then it crumbles like you described. But I think this comes from out of our own perception, that is, it is like catching the school principal in the broom closet with the English teacher.....suddenly everything changes. We're coming up on that moment.

  • @pjamesbda i only know the basics really but i know what can be done... 5theres a famous lawyer who wins every case by suspending the judge so it can be done certainly. how you get leverage is you get a greedy lawyer to threaten suits on congress... then when a judge breaks the law hes on his own. lol but thats why we are losing... we have to learn to speak thier language. words can have very specific meanings & how u use them can literally fuck o0ver any opposition.

  • @senses2000 when people claim thier rights under common law. which they first have to learn. that goes for all of u.

  • For the first time I in a long time I see the police are following the constitution and their oath to protect it against all enemies foreign and domestic.

    These guys are heros.

  • Wow....wow....there is a city out there where police understand and do their job in a civil fashion and think for themselve and are proactively concerned for public safety?

We all could learn from their shining example :D Great work gentlemen :D And thanks Sam for reporting it!

  • Thank GOD those police are doing the right thing and keeping the peace, while PROTECTING the people.

It seems these officers remember the oath they took,...... to PROTECT AND SERVE.

    Good and honorable work gentlemen.

  • @rainbo5250

What has "god" got to do with anything? Don't thank "god", thank the police.

  • @Nilguiri It's just a saying. Loosen up.

  • @Nilguiri My thoughts exactly!

  • @rainbo5250 well the police following bad orders could realistically end up being the ones thrown into prison. if the public start to get a firm grasp of the actual law the police r fucked unless they act in accordance with it.

  • @rainbo5250 NO THE POLICE ARE SCUMBAGS WHO ARE IN THE %99 THEMSELVES. BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF THEM AND MOB THEM EVERYONE.

  • Comment removed

  • Interesting.

  • the police are in the 99% as well.

  • @bungerman1000 Well that and they know the oath they took. An its starting to come back. We are slowly getting our country back. George Washington has a tear in his eye.

  • @bungerman1000 maybe, as they could be considered blue collar workers, yet they protect the one percent. so this means they can't be trusted. Don't let stories such as these allow you to forget who they will ultimately protect.
