@marijavera1075 Its called GIMP (Plastic Thread) it can be bought of Ebay or any Craft Store (Michaels, etc.). I have made these and GIMP IS NOT THE BEST!!!!! If you want something that you can wear and won't sweat your wrist off by 550 paracord at Amazon or Ebay (many different colors). Tell me if this helps or any more questions you have!

This stitch is normally ( from what I've seen) called the "King Cobra". Super Cobra stitch is great though :) The stitch looks great if you get 3 pieces of gimp and have what you had as the blue piece the same size and use to different colors for the second time over the original cobra stitch itself. Cheers! :)
