I have a beginners question. What are some of the standard things one should have in their possession. I know that's vague, but I mean like important things like the Wiccan Rede and the Wiccan Calendar..is there a calendar? I am halfway done with my Solitary Witch Book and am going to start my Year and a Day after I finish and I just wanted to know if there was anything I should already have and where to find it. I hope that makes sense. BB
Next month I plan on blessing my tools during the full moon...was wondering when you blessed your items...how did you do yours? And how did you decorate your altar?

@JeremyPagan94 I know that you didn't ask me, but I use white sage so I thought I'd respond. I hope that's okay. lol I've never used garden sage, but I LOVE white sage; it's cleansing, clearing, anti-bacterial, good-smelling, calming (even the kids are noticeably calmer), and just all around awesome, IMO. :)
Here's one. Do you ever encounter a co-worker or casual acquaintance that is stuck with a problem that you know you could help them with through spell work? If so how would you approach them with your offer of help? Would you offer to do a charm or spell for them even if they don't know about your being a witch? Or a possible tarot reading, or something else. Would you risk telling them to help them? Or just stand by and let them go nuts trying to figure out what to do?

in Portugal there is a superstition that putting used matches with not used ones in the box gives bad luck :/ maybe that's why he dont like that. BB
