this supplement SUCKS. recently i feel even more emotionally numb & unmotivated, and it makes my attention span wrose after taking it. im ditching this crap...its only been a few days & im already dulled down, all my "excited" emotions are inhibited
Selling pills or not, the science behind it is very solid. So -- with that said, don't run away thinking that L-Theanine will not help reduce anxiety and help some people focus.
decaffeinated Green tea sucks! You lose the important L-Theanine Amino Acid and Anti-Oxidants that relaxes the mind and body, Tea is supposed to have cafffiene and that's the way it should be...Plus it doesn't have that much as coffee, and it Caffienated Green tea doesn't give you the crash or jitters.
in fact, you need caffeine together with L-theanine to get optimal effect. I'ts like painkillers with caffeine, they work better and without the caffeine crash afterwards.
I love L-Theanine! I'm a student and I'm super busy all the time. I take one a day and I'm more relaxed and more focused. It's great!

You can take as much as you want. I have gone up to 3 grams a day, it's great

@xxnezsaxx My acupuncturist suggested 200mg in the morning and 200mg in the evening. Works like a charm.

LOL trying to sell pills, L-Theanine is found naturally in TEA, go for a nice WHITE OR GREEN tea and enjoy the benefits of L-Theanine.
