Great video! Just thought I'd give your mom a good idea in regards to having cravings when you go to other people's houses and they have sweets that are tempting you. so many times I have run into the same thing. So, I decided to make myself some raw candy using dates, raw carob powder and nuts...I bring these with me just incase I get tempted...and it has worked!!! Just thought I'd pass on this technique! Wonderful video. Your mom said she had a past with abuse. I truly believe that once someone goes through that, we tend to keep it up towards ourselves unconsciously until a switch is clicked somewhere that lets us see that is what is happening. I saw that with my aunt as well. Her boyfriend even ran her over, breaking/crushing her pelvis, legs and internal organs, yet she stayed on with him, abusing herself more than he ever could in the end until she died from it.
