What about the ice level?

I have the Christmas pack, and I recently just got another update with additional levels. Sadly, I'm stuck on the level where the doctor and Amy have to make it through the moving pipes of different sizes (no switches to turn them off) and cross to opposite sides of the screen. I can only get one character about halfway because the controls don't quite put the characters where you want them to go. I have no idea how to beat it and can't really see uncovering the additional levels.

Did anyone else notice that if u click that green icon in th corner on the main menu, and look at achievements, it lists 10 achievements that you cant see if you look at achievements through the game centre as the game centre only lists 17 but the icon in the main menu lists 27.

These achievements mention an xmas pack with 3 chapters, autons and robot santas (roboforms possibly). A possible future update perhaps? But if there is an xmas pack, shouldn't it have been released by now?
