The name of this body is "Genie Weskit", good body for nuke. About staves... it depends of what kind of magic you use. Jupiter staff for a thunder magic, Aquilo's staff for an ice magic... each element gets his own staff.

PL means Power level, it's when someone out of your party healing you.
