Bad voice acting+Bad animation+Bad effects isn't a bug, sure, they can "fix" the scene later on, but bugs are unintentional mistakes, this was just horrible work.

@animekid200 I'd imagine that Bioware wasn't looking to make a shitty game on purpose (though their ideas of what "good" means may be "shitty" to actual human beings/players), and thus the animation and voice acting being shitty is likely unintentional.
