I don't get why there are so many thumbs down. You did them perfectly. I did 94 on my first time but it took me way longer than 4 mins. But with practice I think I will be able to do 100 like you as well :)

@the0th Leggs need to be 90 degrees and the way he holds his ahnbds arround his neck..is the most unhealthy way their is, if he keeps doing this a couple more years, he will get serious neck and back problems, and I mean serious problems, he should put his ahnds aside his ears and his chin needs to be more to his chest.

It took me 2.5 months to be able to do them and I managed it by training every day. I used to do 1000 for about 30-40 minutes. But I don't see the sense anymore, I started getting dizzy by going up-down all the time. Now I do only 100 as to not let my body forget it:D

You should do videos of max pushups and max leg raises too to inspire other young guys. And don't be afraid to push yourself hard for those last few really hard ones. They are the ones that stimulate the mucle to grow fast. I bet you had 110 in you in this video if you had gone to total muscle failure.

Don´t listen to amateur theorist besser-wissers! The excellent way YOU are doing these situps with rounded back is perfect and a great training - which shows off in your lovely tiredness at the end. It´s great that you keep the style even there - to the last one! The variations with hands on breast etc. are for weak ones who don´t work through all the long abs line of muscle cells.
Very well done - REAL sit ups, not just throwing the body up and down. Not using the floor for bouncing up. You work the routine through in ideal tempo for without cheating. You must have felt the last ones real burning your abs. Shirt off, shorter pants and nearer camera next time!
