  • I have this bike. I'm trying to sell it. I heard they go for 18,000 to 24,000 totally restored. Is this correct? matrillo07@yahoo.com 816-885-1902

  • @locksmithkansascity

    18 grand? that's a 'bit' steep.

  • I had a '66 305 back in my Army days. Wish I still had her, so much fun in the good old day's.

  • front fender are easily crumples, henced the chopped fronts... seats are clean on that bike though

  • This was my first bike,(mine was red). I bought it in the summer of 1980 for $200. I wish I still had it.

  • Come on guys! You spelled maintenance wrong! Wow, someone bought that bike just to look at it! Very nice.

  • @casmitherz

Always a critic. We actual spelled it that way as a Google tag!

  • @ClymerManuals Hah! I should have known. You need more Honda videos. :-)

  • It seems that the chopped front fender was not uncommon among the high school set "back in the day " often removing the ft fender was a cool look too.Remove the mufflers /maybe change the seat .Poor quality home done color changes with spray can paint .Mostly to the 305 dreams yes scottyy 250s were rare Oh the 1970's the things we did !?!

  • NIce rare early Dream 250. The speedo is a replacement as originals did not have high beam indicators. The bars are scrambler type, not dream and the tail light was replaced like lots of them. The originals were tiny and the bulbs burned out a bunch, so many were upgraded. Too bad the fender was chopped short. Most of them had red seats with the blue. Near to see one alive though.

  • Can't believe there are still those kinds of gems tucked away into barns and garages...
