Why can't parents take responsibility for what their children do, or if the children are old enough, to take responsibility for themselves?! Schools can not watch 100's of children 24/7. If it was his friend and they were joking around, I wouldn't have cared so much. The problem is my kid didnt know the person who did it. This is retarded. Who the hell goes to the hospital for a punch in the groin. Guys recover after like 10 minutes. Unless he busted testical he would be fine. Guys get kicked in the groin (and yes it is wrong because it is their genital area and its not good) all the time, no one sues the kicker and doesnt recover after seven days. Especially if it was a tap and not even a kick he was fine...

My kid got "tea bagged" at school with the other boys clothes still on. So, not a true tea bag, but the kid shoved his crotch in my boys face while pinning him down. I got that little shit expelled from school (I threatened the district with media attention for dismissing sexual assault if they didn't expell him.)
That kids parents were all mad because their kid WAS just playing around, but that shit doesn't fly with me. The kid cried and I didn't even care.

You would be a moron to just dismiss the fact that someone, whom your kid doesn't know, trips him in the hallway between classes, mounts him and shoves his crotch in his face while every body laughs at him as he struggles to get away but can't.
He was embarassed and humiliated. Telling him to "man up" is not the correct response. You are supposed to protect your kids and that's what I did by getting that little bastard expelled from school and away from my kid.

If it was his friend and they were joking around, I wouldn't have cared so much. The problem is my kid didnt know the person who did it. My kid was shoved down from behind, and then the kid mounted him and shoved his groin in his face as my kid tried to get away. He was not being pranked, he was being assaulted. That other kid learned a lesson to not fuck with people he doesn't know and do mean shit to them. He deserved to be expelled considering the circumastances.
